Gastrobotany Fantasy: Ficoide Glacial

Gastrobotany Fantasy: Ficoide Glacial

Also known as “frozen grass”, the glacial ficoide form El Huerto de Elche reminds candiedflowers.
Its soft texture, salty taste and high water content makes it the support of both cold dishes and salads.
