Jewish Medicine Treaty, Call of Girona

The Jewish Quarter was from a cultural point of view of the most important Jewish communities in the West.
Call of Hebrew Kahal (קהל) is the word used to name the various Jewish neighborhoods.
One document mentions the year 888 as the presence of some 25 families of Mosaicreligion.
The Jewish Quarter was first formed from the twelfth century, the street of the Force,when it installed before they relocated Jewish families living in the vicinity of thecathedral.
There came to live an average of 800 people.
The city developed their theories important thinkers as well Sehet Gerondi Jacob, thepoet Mesula well Selomar Piera, and the great philosophers well Ezra Solomon andAzriel of Gerona.
But the most important figure was the poet, physician and philosopher Moshe ben Nahman exageta, better known as Bonastruc ça Porta.
