Biodiversity and Botanical Photography Collection

A variation of life forms in given biome, ecosystems or the planet. The preservation of life as it is. The measure of the health of the Earth.

The term Biodiversity was first coined by Raymond Dasmann in his book A Different Kind of Country in 1968 where he advocated preservation.

In biological terminology  biodiversity is identified as the totality of genes, species and ecosystems of a region unified three level at once:

  • species diversity,
  • ecosystem diversity and
  • genetic diversity.

Here I present a collection of photography’s titled Biodiversity and Botanical Photography.
