Chapter 2. Part A: METROPOLIS
Portman is the Story of how two Companies, Miguel Zapata e Hijos and Peñarroya SA Spain, together with the complacency of the fascist and democratic spanish authorities, committed one of the biggest ecological genocides of the XX Century.
Moreover and to make things worst, the heirs of the disaster, Portman Golf, has and is trying to deprive locals of their cultural heritage by destroying all of Lavadero Roberto utilities and installations, protected as an historical site, in order to obtained a requalification of the terrains, from the Urbanistic Authorities, to act as a Real State Agent and Builder. Neither compensations nor disciplinary or penal proceeding has been enacted against either of the Companies. Meanwhile the Bahia of Portman remains as an environmental ghost to human eyes.

Dystopia is the best word to describe what happened in Lavadero Roberto. A futuristic society in the hands of so called entrepreneurs that has degraded into a represive and controlled state under the guise of being utopian: of benefit to society: WORK FOR THE PEOPLE.
Lavadero Roberto is a progress lie, METROPOLIS, where companies, Owners, the State and Capitalism purchased workers intentions.
