Year in Food is the story of what I eat every day in a year in the Silicon Valley. Year in food is about food and lifestyle, is a food photo doc of a high end restaurant photographer from Spain living in the Bay Area.
Every day, beginning today, I´ll post my lunch and dinner, places where I go eating, food trucks, street food, restaurants and high end restaurants. I´ll publish everything, no fool, either organic, non organic, healthy and unhealthy, food after all.

06:00 am January, Saturday 26th 2013. Breakfast Year in Food consist of:
- 1. Fresh pineapple slizes.
- 2. Quinoa.
- 3. Concentrated Fish Oil softgels with 300 mg Omeg 3 Fatty Acids.
- 4. Italian Coffee and Milk, aroma, araoma, aroma.
- 5. Two types of bread fron Il Fornaio Palo Alto: Brown bread with nuts and french bread. I add olive oil and honey.
